Justin's Story
Justin Ilkhanoff graduated from the Lancaster County Career and Technology center in high school and obtained his certificate in culinary arts. Then Justin received his associate's degree from the world-premiere culinary school, the Culinary Institute Of America. During Justin's time at The Culinary Institute of America, Justin did a 4-month externship at a Forbes five-star resort Sea Island Resort in Sea Island, Georgia. Justin started in the banquets department in the first half, then transferred to the steakhouse Colt and Allison and worked as a line cook, worked on campus with different chefs and developed more skills in the kitchen, and participated in green and gold weekend welcoming new students.

Upon graduation, Justin started his culinary career at Willow Valley communities, a premier senior living community. He went on to work at Lancaster Country Club, a 600-member club and host for the Women's PGA US Open golf tournament and part of the Platinum Club Of America. During his time at Lancaster Country Club, Justin has worked various stations from Pantry to Saute and now onto the grill.

He has learned so much while working there and credits this to his chefs, who have taught him everything. Whenever Justin isn't working, Justin loves to spend time with his family and friends, travel, watch tennis, spend time with his dogs Milo and Ryder, listen to music, especially 80s and 90s music, and travel to different cities to explore the food scenes. For Justin, food is his passion and dedication; he loves the feeling of when someone tries his food and compliments it. For Justin traveling is something he enjoys doing because he likes to immerse himself into the food and culture.
